Hydraulic Metal Press Automatic Waste Steel Baling Machine is designed for metal scrap, such as copper wire, steel wire, aluminum can, oil drum, paint barrel, metal bucket, scrapped car, and so on. The metal scraps and other materials are placed in the packer's material box.The hydraulic cylinder works to suppress the pressure. The baled material is compressed and formed into various metal packs.

1) All structural parts are reliable and stable. The wear-resistant plate is made of Hardox plate imported from Switzerland, featuring long service life and low maintenance cost;

2) The operation mode can be manual mode or automatic control mode, which is simple and easy to learn;

3) Bale delivery methods include automatic bale turning out, pushing bale out, picking bale out by steel grasping machine, etc.;

4) All models are hydraulic drive.

How to choose the baler you need?

1) If your scrap material is scrap metals,non-ferrous metals, color metals, we recommend 
Y81F series Metal Baler to you, which has high pressing force with bales tilting out design. 
 2) If your scrap material is lightweight metals, such as scrap aluminium,scrap copper,tin cans ,buckets, we recommend our Y81Q series metal baler to you, the bales will be pushed from baler forward. 
 3) If your scrap material is heavy metals,then we recommend our Y81T series metal balers to you, the bales will be pushed out from the side of the metal baler.
